PAYMENT
-Payments should be sent upon completion of the video (after revisions)
-Payments will be through PayPal (USD only) [contact me for details]

DEADLINES AND COMPLETION
-1 to 5 minute video (will take 3 - 4 business days)
-6 to 10 minute video (will take 6 - 7 business days)
[Additional fees will be charged for revisions that are not due to any fault on the part of the Editor made after
(3) minor changes, and for revisions reflecting a new direction to the assignment, or new conceptual input.]
-Open for discussion (If you have strict uploading schedule)

FILES & ASSETS
-Clips/timestamps must be provided for YT shorts/Tiktoks.
[Additional fees will be charged for VOD Scrubbing]
-All clips and assets to be used shall be provided in a Google Drive folder.

RIGHTS
-I reserve the right to use the commission as part of my portfolio and post a clip from the video on my social media account.
-Credentials to my work must be applied to the video's description by linking my Twitter account.

TERMINATION/KILL FEE
-Client may terminate this agreement at any time by sending written notice to Editor at the address provided.
*Upon such termination, Client agrees to compensate Editor as follows:
(1) Partial Completion
-If I (Editor) has partially completed the work, client must compensate twenty-five percent (25%) of the total fee for the video/project.
(2) Full Completion
-If I (Editor) has completed the finished video/project at the time of cancellation, Client agrees to compensate Illustrator in full as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
